From our cozy Saddle Lounge to our elegant Whiskey Nook, Blush & Bubbly, and Saddle Sky Lounge, each set up is thoughtfully styled to create a beautiful gathering space for your guest. We love helping clients make each lounge feel personal to their event theme. You are more than welcome to bring your own pillows, florals, signs, and blankets, or decorative accents to customize.

We service the Chattanooga, and North Georgia surrounding areas and will travel up to a 30 miles radius from Tunnel Hill, GA 30755. We will travel as far as Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, and Birmingham. Additional mileage will be based on current gas prices and will be custom quoted.
Send us an email at: info@saddle-sips.com, let us know the date of your event, estimated guest count, your venue or location for event, what package that you are interested in, possible signature cocktail(s), and any possible add-ons along with bar decor preferences/colors. We will respond back with a quote customized for you. Once the details are finalized, we will send the contract and invoice, and you are ready for your guests to get their sip on! If you have something else in mind or questions that you don't see on our site, let us know, it's your day, your way! Have an idea for a theme party? Let us know and we will offer a customized quote along with suggestions if needed. We offer free 1 hour consultation to understand your vision for your event to make it a one-of-a-kind experience.
We require a minimum of $ 300 which is non-refundable to save your date, unless it is the Filly packages, we require $150 The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. However, if state mandates occur, we will reschedule and accommodate to any available date.
No, we are fully insured to serve alcohol, but due to TN and GA regulations, we are not allowed to sell or purchase alcohol. You will need to purchase the alcohol for your event.
Because of the reserved bookings, we cannot accommodate inclement weather. You are responsible for tent cover of the bar, but we are happy to work with your vendor.
We prefer to receive your alcohol from you at least a few days prior to the event to ensure that we have everything needed and chilled for your event. We will make arrangements for transfer at pre-arranged place and date/time.
You can allow for a Tip Jar or 20% gratuity added to each contract.
We typically arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event.
